Welcome to Raahi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Raahi website, booking platform, and pilot booking services. By accessing our platform or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Raahi is currently operating a limited Pilot Program to test and improve its services. Features, pricing, availability, and policies may change during this period.
To use Raahi, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate and complete information, use the platform only for lawful purposes, and carry a valid government-issued ID when requested.
Raahi is a platform that helps connect travelers with suitable travel companions and related travel assistance services. During the Pilot Program, availability is limited and services are offered on a best-effort basis. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation.
Pilot users receive special discounted pricing available only during the pilot period. Prices may change without prior notice.
To reserve your booking, users must pay a ₹100 Pre-Booking Fee. This fee is part of your total package price, is not an additional charge, will be adjusted against your final booking amount, and is required before Raahi starts processing and confirming your booking.
A booking is confirmed only after required booking information is submitted, the ₹100 pre-booking fee is received, and Raahi confirms availability.
If Raahi Cancels: If Raahi cancels a booking before providing the service, any eligible payment, including the ₹100 pre-booking fee, will be 100% refunded.
If the User Cancels: If cancellation occurs before confirmation or before a companion has been assigned, the refund of the ₹100 pre-booking fee will be at Raahi's discretion. Once confirmed, the ₹100 fee becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
Users agree to treat companions respectfully, follow all laws, provide accurate details, and respect privacy. Harassment, discrimination, carrying illegal items, or publishing photos/videos without consent is strictly prohibited.

Raahi values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information while you use our Pilot Booking Program.
We may collect Personal Information (Full Name, Mobile Number, Email, Age, Gender), Booking Information (Pickup, Destination, Dates, Companion info), and Technical Information (Device type, IP address, Cookies).
We collect information to process bookings, confirm reservations, match users with suitable travel companions, improve services, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and ensure user safety.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Raahi does not store complete debit card, credit card, or UPI credentials.
We share limited information only with assigned travel companions, payment service providers, and technology vendors when necessary. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access and retain data only for as long as necessary to provide services.
Raahi is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.
